Northway Stores is an established retail company with 32 locations spanning the Calgary–Edmonton corridor. Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Red Deer, our team of store associates and managers serves customers across the region with the structure of a larger operator and the local presence of an independent.

About the role

You'll run your department like it's your own store. Day to day you'll set schedules, coach and develop your team, manage inventory levels and shrink, execute merchandising standards and promotional changeovers, and watch sales and labour numbers against plan. You'll jump in on the floor during peaks, resolve customer concerns your team escalates, and keep your area safe, stocked, and easy to shop.

What you'll bring

You bring supervisory experience in retail or a comparable fast-paced environment and a genuine interest in developing people. You balance the numbers side with the floor side, hold standards consistently, and stay flexible across days, evenings, and weekends.
