About the role

You'll design and build the displays that stop shoppers: planning window and in-store presentations, setting planograms, styling mannequins and fixtures, and rotating layouts for seasons, launches, and promotions. You'll make sure signage and pricing are accurate, monitor which displays actually move product, and adjust based on sales data. You'll also coach store staff to maintain standards between your visits so presentation never slides.

What you'll bring

You bring a trained eye for composition and colour, hands-on merchandising experience, and the practicality to build displays that survive real customer traffic. You balance brand guidelines with local judgment, work efficiently on ladders and sales floors, and measure your work by sales, not just beauty.
