About the role

You'll oversee a group of locations across your district, coaching store managers, reviewing sales and labour numbers weekly, and visiting each site regularly to check standards on the floor. You'll hire and develop management talent, roll out company programs consistently across locations, and dig into underperformance to find whether the fix is people, process, or product. Your district's results, from revenue to staff turnover, are yours to own.

What you'll bring

You've managed managers before, ideally in multi-unit retail, food service, or a similar field, and you know how to drive results through other people rather than doing everything yourself. You're comfortable with P&L reviews, honest coaching conversations, and a schedule that puts you on the road most days.
