About the role

You'll own the store's results: sales targets, payroll and scheduling, hiring and training, inventory accuracy, and the customer experience on the floor. You'll coach your team daily, run promotions and visual standards, manage the financial levers you control, and handle escalations that need a manager's judgment. You'll report to district leadership on performance and turn head-office direction into plans your team can actually execute.

You bring retail leadership experience, a coach's instinct for developing people, and comfort being accountable for a number. You balance the operational grind (schedules, shrink, standards) with genuine care for your team and customers, and you make sound decisions when policies don't cover the situation.
